Cary Frazee is an attorney with a specialization in special education, disability law, and public benefits. She served as the Clients Rights Advocate at the Redwood Coast Regional Center for 14 years. In the latter part of her career she taught at Cal Poly Humboldt in the Departments of Psychology, Government & Politics, Women’s Studies, and Natural Resources.
